I have been teaching different classes at many different gyms, fitness centres and other venues for over 35 years now. I started fitness quite late on in life doing the initial training with my daughter as she didn’t want to do it on her own and from then on I was hooked and have never looked back.



This is a fitness class on a mini trampoline with a handle. The trampoline takes 80% of the impact so it is kind to your joints.


During a fitness pilates class you will identify basic postural and movement imbalances and breath.


This is the classic workout class done on a step.  A class will target your legs and core and will improve your balance and agility.

If eating in a calorie deficit feels a little too overwhelming at first, then just start by committing to eating more veggies or hitting a protein goal.

If going to the gym feels too overwhelming at first, then just start by committing to getting your step count up each day.

If drinking 3 litres of water a day seems too overwhelming at first, then just start by committing to drinking a glass more than usual.

You don’t have to be perfect from the get go. You just need to take some form of positive ACTION.

And anytime things feel overwhelming, just remember. One thought at a time. One day at a time. One task at a time.
